Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the requested page to deliver the site and protect it against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in a secure, working website). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Fonts and assets
All fonts, images and scripts needed to display the site are served from this domain. No requests are made to Google Fonts or other third parties while you browse.
Local storage
Your colour theme choice and your analytics consent decision are stored in your browser’s local storage. They never leave your device. This is strictly necessary to honour your choices (§ 25(2) TDDDG).
Google Analytics (only with your consent)
If you click “Allow analytics”, this site loads Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). It sets cookies and measures page views and interactions such as opening the booking calendar, with IP addresses truncated. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer, after which no further data is collected and the analytics cookies are removed.
Booking (Cal.com)
The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, Inc. (USA). Its script is loaded only when you open or approach the calendar. If you book a meeting, the details you enter (name, email, notes) are processed by Cal.com and shared with me to arrange the call (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to a contract).
If you email me, I use your message only to reply and keep it no longer than necessary for that purpose.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
